Let's face it--most of us aren't poets. Those of you who are, congratulations! You're gifted. But for the rest, the Internet comes through (yet again) with a plethora of free love poems that you can use to woo the heart of someone you love.

How Do I Love Thee?

You could answer this by saying that you love thee by showering thee with free love poems. (Actually, we don't recommend putting it that way exactly.) But showering someone you love with love poems is sweet and memorable because it's not common. And it's not just women who appreciate it. Men do too, but most won't admit it.

Granted, you might feel silly writing a love poem to someone. If it's just too much, or if you're just not good at writing love poems, turn to the Internet to find free love poems. Most websites that offer free love poems allow you to use them for free if it's for personal use. But if you want to publish them, you have to let the author or site know. In most cases, however, it's people just like you who want to use a free love poem to express emotion, apologize, ask someone out, say "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Anniversary" or "Thanks for being you" or for no reason at all other than to say, "I love you."

Of course, the Internet isn't the only place you can find free love poems. The library has books on writing poetry, and you can even take a poem and print it on nice paper with a calligraphy pen and frame it for your loved one (as long as you give the poem's author proper credit). But the best way to get a free love poem is to write it from the heart. So what if it's not a Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece? What matters to your significant other is that you took the time to write it yourself and that you spoke from the heart.
